Your missions :

As a member of the customer service team at the Ceva Ecat-iD Campus in Plouédern, you will be responsible for :
- Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment on site.
- Prepare your intervention before you leave : analyze the need for support and the tools tools required.
- Supervise the unloading of equipment and check its integrity and conformity.

- Organize and adapt your schedule according to the customer's priorities and needs.
- Act as the customer's technical contact on site and represent the company.
- Train team technicians by following procedures and using support materials.
- Act as the company's technical liaison with the customer, in constant coordination with the project manager in charge.
Possibility of coordinating long-term projects, supervising and participating in operations as required.

Intégré(e) à l'équipe du service client du Campus Ceva Ecat-iD, à Plouédern, vous êtes chargés de :
- Assurer l'installation, le dépannage et la maintenance des équipements sur site.
- Préparer votre intervention avant votre départ : analyser le besoin de support et les outils nécessaires.
- Superviser le déchargement des équipements et vérifier l'intégrité et la conformité du matériel.
- Organiser et adapter votre planning selon les priorités et les besoins du client.
- Être l'interlocuteur technique du client sur le site et représenter l'entreprise.
- Former les techniciens de l'équipe en suivant les procédures et en utilisant les supports.
- Assurer un rôle de relai de l'entreprise auprès du client, sur un plan technique, et en coordination permanente avec le/la chef de projet en charge.
- Possibilité de coordonner des chantiers à termes en supervisant les opérations tout en y participant si nécessaire.
